Discounts The 25% Kit Discount applies to a minimum order of 7 garments from the same manufacturer. Discounts are available on smaller quantities. Please contact us to agree a figure. Standard Delivery   (7 - 10 working days) Orders are sent  via City Link  at  a  cost  of  £10.00 (as shown in checkout  process) PLEASE  NOTE  ALL  PARCELS  WILL  NEED  A  SIGNATURE. Delivery is by City Link and you will be able to track it. We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has been made,  if  the courier returns the parcel to ourselves because no signature could be obtained.  We will need to re-charge carriage costs to re-send. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances  beyond our control. Delivery Times Stock items are usually despatched within 24 hours of order on a next day delivery basis. Branded kits are usually despatched within 10 days of order on a next day delivery basis. Printing on garments will delay your despatch by 48 hours. Delays may be unavoidable at times due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times may be improved on 'urgent' jobs. Please contact us for details. Payment Mail order payments by cheque or credit card. Cheques made payable to 'Personalised4U'. All orders must be paid for in full at the time of order. Cheques must have cleared and credit card payments must be authorised before despatch. Payments made by credit card will appear on statements as Personalized4U. Returns No printed items can be exchanged or returned under normal circumstances. All products must be returned in their original condition for our inspection. We rely on the customer to order the correct sizes and quantities. Any costs involved in exchanging the product, provided it has been despatched correctly, must be paid by the customer. Washing Advice Always wash printed garments inside out. Always follow detergent manufacturers' instructions for removing heavy stains. We cannot be held responsible for discolouration or damage attributable to grass, mud stains or other activities. Never iron, tumble dry or dry clean garments.
